 Our program is a community-based approach to the provision of children's mental health

 services.  Family involvement in treatment is emphasized.  Our goal is to help children and

 adolescents reach their highest potential in school, home and the community, while limiting the

 development of more serious problems.

  Tulare Youth Service Bureau is a private

  non-profit corporation with a Board of

  Directors from our community.  The

  Bureau  is funded from a variety of

  sources, including Tulare County Medi-

  Cal, United Way, as well as other Grants,

  private fees and donations.
